North West London hotel carries £6.2m guide price

A landmark hotel in North West London has been put on the market with a guide price of £6.2m for the freehold.

The 52-bedroom, two-storey Garth hotel has a prominent position on Hendon Way, a main arterial road into Central London.

Facilities include the 80-seat Tivoli restaurant, a 3,000sq ft function suite that will hold 280 diners or 500 delegates theatre-style; a shell area of the same size as the function suite; and a second shell area with planning permission for an additional eight bedrooms.

There is also parking space for up to 30 cars.

The Garth hotel is made up of a number of 1930s residential properties that the current owner has linked and upgraded over the past 30 years.

The hotel is being marketed through the London office of Fleurets.
