No 10 Cardiff hotel sold to the Spires

Green Duck Hotels has sold No 10 Cardiff hotel in the city to the Spires serviced apartment group off a guide price of £2.15m.

The 21-bedroom boutique hotel has a restaurant with 30 covers, bar and a function suite. The Spires has more than 100 apartments in Edinburgh, Glasgow, Birmingham and Aberdeen.

James Greenslade, associate director in the hotels team at Savills, said: "No 10 Cardiff has built up an excellent reputation as a quality boutique hotel with an excellent food and drink offering. We are pleased to have secured new owners for the property for the next chapter of its life."
