Nicolas Roulier appointed operations manager at Luton Hoo hotel, golf and spa
Nicolas Roulier has been appointed operations manager at Luton Hoo hotel, golf and spa. French-born Roulier, who was named Hotel Restaurant Manager of the Year in 2007 at the Hotel Cateys, began his career in France and moved to the UK in 2000 to join the Michelin-starred Chewton Glen Country House hotel in Hampshire as assistant chef-sommelier.
There followed a series of roles at high-profile hotels including Fearrington House hotel and restaurant in North Carolina, USA, and the Seaham Hall hotel in County Durham, where he worked his way up to the role of food and beverage operations manager.
