Mark Fuller sets out new Soho hotel and restaurant details

Restaurateur Mark Fuller has revealed details of the boutique hotel and restaurant he plans to open in London's Soho.

The £5m Sanctum hotel, which will be located at 18-20 Warwick Street, will be a private members' hotel with 30 bedrooms and nine suites. It will feature a 60-seater private cinema in the basement as well as a spa on the roof.

The hotel will also feature a 70-cover restaurant called the Inner Sanctum, which will be run by Fuller's partner and chef Garry Hollihead, who own the Embassy club and restaurant in Mayfair.

Fuller, who hopes to open the hotel at the end of 2007, told Caterer: "I believe the future lies in intimate style-led venues, which fit with Soho's diversely rich culture."
