Lowy Group looks for hotel lease, management and acquisition opportunities
Lowy Hotel Solutions (LHS) is looking to expand its portfolio of six hotels through the leasing, management or acquisition of properties.
The company, which is a division of the Lowy Group and was formerly known as the Vienna Hotel Group, is particularly keen to find 100-bedroom hotels within two hours of London or anywhere along the south coast.
Over the past four years LHS said has it has increased the aggregate net operating profits of its six hotels by 125%, through maximising revenue yields, controlling costs and improving operational efficiencies.
It intends, by applying the same formula to any new hotel, improve the profitability and maximise the value of any property it takes on.
LHS offers an incentivised ‘flexilease', drafted in conjunction with Christie & Co and Field Fisher Waterhouse. This guarantees rental income, alongside success-related rent, a variable lease length with a minimum term of years and landlord break options.
Simon Perkins, managing director of the Lowy Group, "The LHS team are passionate about helping hotels in our portfolio succeed within their individual competitive marketplaces."
