London's Wyndham Grand unveils its twist on the pop-up restaurant

An interpretation of the pop-up restaurant concept is to be launched at the five-star, 157-suite Wyndham Grand, London Chelsea Harbour.

Due to open later this spring, the restaurant will be a permanent space, but will have a different name and concept every year.

This year it will be known as Restaurant 2010, but the chef and style of food is yet to be announced.

The new restaurant is part of a multi-million redevelopment of the hotel which includes a new penthouse floor with four penthouse suites. A new spa, with eight treatment rooms, is also due to open in summer 2010.
