Liam Lambert, operations director, Europe, Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group

The Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group has appointed Liam Lambert (pictured) operations director, Europe. Lambert was general manager of the five-star Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park hotel in London. In his new role he will oversee the group's portfolio in Europe and the Middle East. Christoph Mares, previously general manager at the group's Hôtel Royal Monceau in Paris, has taken over as general manager of the Hyde Park. He previously worked at the property as resident manager.
