Lake District B&B changes hands

Phillip Burrows and Richard Barrington from Blackpool have bought the Southview hotel in Windermere off a guide price of £765,000.

The Lake District B&B is in Cross Street in the centre of Windermere village in Cumbria.

The property provides 11 en-suite bedrooms along with a heated indoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi for guests.

The Manchester office of Colliers Robert Barry acted on behalf of previous owners Darrin and Shirley Chadwick.
