John Fingleton, head of food and beverage, De Vere Belfry resort

John Fingleton has joined the De Vere Belfry resort in Wishaw, Warwickshire, as head of food and beverage. His appointment is part of a strategy to refresh the F&B offering. He was previously bars and events manager at the Citywest hotel, Dublin.
