Hotel, spa and golf property Kenwick Park Estate to be expanded

The hotel, leisure and golf complex the Kenwick Park Estate in Lincolnshire is to add to its bedrooms, at a cost of £4m.

Fourteen new bedrooms will be added to the Best Western hotel's current total of 34.

The 320-acre estate also features a golf club, a health and beauty spa, and conference facilities. Owner Stuart Flynn said the expansion was set to answer growing demand for the estate, and is part of his bid to bring more business to the county.

Twelve new apartments and seven lodges are also planned, for private sale.

He added: "This is excellent news for Lincolnshire and for local employment. These are very exciting times for Kenwick Park where everything is about lifestyle, relaxation and enjoyment. There are no splash pools, no climbing walls, no quad bikes, no zip wires; just peace and quiet."
