Holiday Inn, Barnsley has strengthened its management team with the appointment of Rachel Charlton (right) as sales and marketing manager and Tim Walsh (left) as food and beverage manager. They join general manager Jason Hiley (centre) who took the top role at the hotel at the end of last year.
Charlton has previously held the post of sales manager at a number of UK Holiday Inn hotels. Her main focus will be on increasing brand awareness of the hotel in both the local and wider UK market. Walsh has worked in hotels for more than 10 years, previously holding the position of beverage manager at Crowne Plaza NEC and assistant F&B manager at De Vere Oulton Hall.
