Hilden Lodge Hotel bought by first time buyers

The Hilden Lodge Hotel has sold from an asking price of £695,000 to first-time buyers, Gavin and Sharon Atkinson from Guildford in Surrey.

The hotel comprises 10 en suite letting bedrooms, a restaurant and bar with seating for 28 diners, plus a residents lounge. Owner's accommodation is a self-contained two-bedroom apartment on the lower ground floor, with access to a private garden.

The hotel was previously owned by Patricia Ann Dignam, who ran the business for 20 years with her husband Alexander. The agent was Christie and Co.
