Graziella Busse to head up host team at 45 Park Lane

The Dorchester Collection has announced the appointment of Graziella Busse as the host team manager of 45 Park Lane, its new 45-bedroom hotel which is set to launch in September.

German-born Busse will recruit and train a 24-hour host team in the run-up to the opening of the property, which is located close to its larger, sister hotel, the Dorchester.

The host team intends to be the point of contact for guests, managing all requests from arrival to departure.

Busse, who was previously senior guest relations manager at the Marylebone hotel, London, will report to 45 Park Lane's hotel manager, Marie-Laure Akdag.

"Graziella has the warmth, knowledge and experience to ensure we meet the constantly evolving needs of our discerning guests," Akdag said. "We are delighted to have her on board at this exciting time."

45 Park Lane will be home to Wofgang Puck's first UK restaurant - CUT, Bar 45, a library and private media room.
