Goring hosts Kate Middleton's last night as single woman

Kate Middleton will mark her last night as a single woman by staying with her family at London's Goring hotel, it has been confirmed.

Jeremy Goring, chief executive of the five-star, 69-bedroom property in Belgravia, said the hotel was honoured and delighted to be playing a small part in such a great day.

"We wish Miss Middleton and Prince William every happiness, and we are all looking forward to a momentous celebration," he said.

Kate will be staying in a two-bedroom suite commissioned to commemorate the hotel's centenary in 2010, created from six bedrooms on the top floor.

Designed by Russell Sage, whose recent work includes the Savoy Grill, the suite features bespoke Gainsborough silks with a grand piano and steps down into an enormous bathroom.
