Epic Aparthotel to open new property in Liverpool

A building abandoned 30 years ago in Liverpool city centre is being developed into 17 serviced apartments by Epic Aparthotels.

Epic Aparthotels, which currently operates 18 serviced apartments in Liverpool, has invested £800,000 in acquiring and transforming the building, which is located in the RopeWalks area of the city. The property was previously owned by Levy Estates.

Simon Beer, who owns and operates Epic with his wife, Fiona, said: "We are very excited to bring back to life this stunning building on Duke Street. The new apartments have been engineered in a way that a two-bedroom can become a one-bedroom if needed. This flexibility is ideal for the midweek commercial market, and further demonstrates the brand's continued evolution."

Epic is looking to expand further, both in and beyond Liverpool.
