Doubletree by Hilton appoints Steven Campbell as executive head chef

Steven Campbell has been appointed executive head chef at the Doubletree by Hilton, Dunblane Hydro hotel and its main restaurant, the Kailyard. Campbell's career has spanned 35 years in the hospitality sector including restaurants and hotels across Europe. Campbell will be given responsibility for the menus in the hotel's lounge and bar area, as well as all the wedding and conference menus and meals.
