Dorchester Collection creates director for global guest experience

The Dorchester Collection has promoted Ana Brant to director for global guest experience.

She will be responsible for making sure the guest and employee experience meets the hotel group's promise of "Iconic hotels in iconic places".

Brant has worked at the Dorchester Collection since June 2010 as director of organisational performance. Prior to that she was area director of quality and productivity for The Beverly Hills Hotel and Hotel Bel-Air.

Eugenio Pirri, vice-president of people and organisational development for Dorchester Collection, said: "By appointing Ana to this new role we are reinforcing our core strategy of looking at employee and guest experience as a single entity."
