Digital Summit: How to make your hospitality business stand out online

At this month's Digital Summit delegates will learn from some of the brightest hospitality brains how to ensure marketing messages engage potential guests.

Among the stellar speaker line-up, Unruly's Dan Best will explain how to stand out from the blizzard of content online and deliver a memorable message; Soho House digital director Kris Shaw will be among panellists addressing how to best communicate and engage with tomorrow's guest; and in a one-on-one interview Christina Purnell, Marriott's director of global eCommerce and digital services, is set to reveal the technology today's guest can't live without.

Taking place at 30 Euston Square on 15 May 2017, the event will address how to thrive in the digital age and ensure your business is best using the revenue tools, marketing insight and big data that will deliver the contemporary experience demanded by guests and supercharge your bottom line.

Through a day of panel events and engaging presentations, operators including Fergus Boyd from Yotel, Andrew Gallagher from Côte Restaurants, and Carol Dodds from interstate will provide their tips for acquisition and customer loyalty.

Meanwhile, John Lewis group development director Tom Athron will explain how the business has embedded a digital culture into the organisation while retaining its personal experience. He will also explore what hospitality operators can learn from the retail innovators, and decode the digital touches that promote loyalty and profits.

The Caterer deputy editor James Stagg said: "This year's event promises to be our best yet. Appealing to hotel and restaurant business owners, marketing professionals and revenue managers our packed agenda features the most forward-thinking operators in hospitality.

"We have collected some of the best marketing minds in hospitality to share their know-how and explore just what it takes to appeal to modern guests."

Tickets are just £149. For the full agenda and to secure your place visit The Caterer Digital Summit website.
