David Monson appointed resident manager at the Stafford London
The Stafford London has appointed David Monson as resident manager to oversee the day-to-day running of the hotel under general manager, Christine Hodder.
Monson joins the five-red-AA-star, 105-bedroom hotel in St James's from the Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire, where he was director of food and beverage and operations. He will manage all departments across the hotel, including the Lyttelton restaurant and American bar.
Monson has extensive five-star hotel experience, having previously worked for Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts across the US and Bahamas. He has also worked at Claridge's and the Savoy Hotel in London.
The Stafford London recently announced that it would be returning to independent status, having formerly been a part of Kempinski Hotels.
