Chester Grosvenor promotes Mark Bevan to assistant food and beverage manager

The Chester Grosvenor's Mark Bevan has been promoted from restaurant manager to assistant food and beverage manager. Bevan joined the five-star hotel in 2007 and currently looks after the Michelin-starred restaurant Simon Radley at the Chester Grosvenor, which he helped transform from the Arkle restaurant during the summer of 2008. As part of his new role, Bevan will oversee the running of the award-winning La Brasserie and room service working alongside food and beverage director Andre Sievers.
