Cardiff hotelier buys Barry guest house

He plans to reopen the guesthouse in the popular South Wales seaside resort as Regan Lodge.

The guesthouse occupies a two-floor Victorian house that backs on to the Bryn Hill Golf Course.

It provides seven bedrooms - five of them en-suite - along with a 20-seat conservatory breakfast room, two-bedroom owners' accommodation, lawn gardens, a patio and car parking.

The Bristol office of Christie + Co sold the freehold off a guide price of £490,000 on behalf of Pete and Hilda Hutchings
