Boutique hotel in Little Venice carries £3.5m tag

D Place, a new boutique hotel in London's Little Venice, has been put on the market with a £3.5m price tag.

The lifestyle business occupies a Georgian townhouse in a residential area in the Maida Vale conservation area and has been completely refurbished by the current owners, who also have hotels in Cyprus.

It is near such attractions as the Grand Union Canal, Lord's Cricket Ground and Abbey Road Studio

D Place offers nine bedrooms (including deluxe doubles and a deluxe suite), a 40-seat fine dining restaurant, a ground-floor bar and a gym/exercise room.

Additionally, there is a manager's office, two separate bathrooms and a one-bedroom owners' flat on the first floor with a large living room, a bathroom with a Jacuzzi, a kitchen, and access to a private roof terrace.

The London office of Christie + Co is handling the sale of the freehold.
