Bespoke Hotels appointed to market Pontlands Park in Essex
Bespoke Hotels has taken over the marketing of the three-AA-star, 35-bedroom Pontlands Park hotel in Chelmsford, Essex.
Part of the Heritage Leisure Group, owned by the Bartella family, the hotel is a sister property to the three-AA-star, 31-bedroom Best Western Ivy Hill hotel, also in Chelmsford.
Pontlands Park is located in a building dating back to 1879 which features a restaurant, bar and extensive banqueting facilities, including a marquee for up to 200 guests during the summer.
Nick Turner, managing director of Bespoke hotels international, said: "The property is a real gem in the East of England and has huge potential, both in terms of its rooms, as well as the first-class events and wedding facilities on site. We are excited to be working alongside the Bartella family to maximise this as we look to the future."
Founded in 2000 by Robin Sheppard and Haydn Fentum, Bespoke Hotels has a portfolio of more than 200 owned and managed properties located in the UK and overseas.
