Arora takes full control of InterContinental London – The O2

According to Property Week Arora has bought Queensgate Investments 50% stake for around £100m.

The deal means that Arora will take full control of the 452-bedroom hotel, which opened in December.

When the hotel opened Surinder Arora, founder and chairman of the Arora Group, said: "With our unique position on the river and extensive facilities for business and leisure, the hotel brings a new world-class luxury hotel offering to this vibrant part of the capital and we're looking forward to welcoming our first guests."

It is the second London property to currently operate under the InterContinental Hotels & Resorts banner.
