Arora Hotels offers 20 two-year graduate placements starting in 2016

Arora Hotels has announced it will run 20 two-year graduate placements at six properties, from next year.

The programme will train graduates in operations, finance, human resources and sales, with individual mentoring by a senior manager.

Vincent Madden, director of hotel operations at Arora Hotels, said the programme was a "great opportunity" for graduates to work in a company which has plans for a new hotel at Heathrow Terminal 4 and further growth ambitions.

Anne Davey, human resources director at the Arora Group, added: "Our 20 graduates will have the prospect of fast-tracking their career at a pace that works for them."
