This stunning nine-room hotel was formerly a 12th-century abbey and spiritual retreat. Now owners Clive and Tanith Cummings - Clive is the son of Martin Cummings at Amberley Castle in West Sussex - have renovated the property under the watchful eye of local architects to magnificent effect.
