Forbes Travel Guide launches free educational webinars

Forbes Travel Guide is launching a free series of educational webinars next week for hospitality staff who are working, furloughed or have been laid off during the coronavirus crisis.

The Hospitality Strong webinars will be delivered by Forbes Travel Guide's learning and development team and feature a mix of topics, from "a timeless service philosophy for uncertain times" to "leading through luxury".

The webinars will take place 23 April-25 June and will be available on Thursdays at 11am and 9pm EDT (4pm and 2am GMT) for 40 minutes.

A full agenda and registration are available at forbestravelguide.com/strong.

Filip Boyen, chief executive of Forbes Travel Guide, said: "It has been devastating to see our beloved hospitality industry come to such a sudden pause during this unprecedented time. This is our contribution to the collective industry effort that will be needed to rebuild and strengthen hospitality following the crisis."

Jeff Wielgopolan, senior vice-president of learning and development at Forbes Travel Guide, added: "An exceptional guest experience always starts with the committed and passionate staff. We hope these resources help hospitality staff who work so hard to serve us all."
