Vacherin launches Eat Well healthy eating campaign

London caterer Vacherin has launched its Eat Well healthy eating campaign for January, which this year is being rolled out across all of its 25 sites.

The comprehensive two week programme is delivered by Vacherin's director of food Lloyd Mann and is designed to make healthy eating easier and more enjoyable for customers at client sites, with a focus on fresh and seasonal ingredients.

Customers can buy individual meals or the entire Eat Well package, which consists of a healthy breakfast, a mid-morning snack, lunch and afternoon snack every day, as well as recipe cards for a balanced evening meal at home. The pack also includes information and advice on healthy eating as well as a calorie count and content breakdown of each meal.

"We know that everyone comes back to work after Christmas full of good intentions to eat more healthily but tough deadlines, bad weather and the January blues can easily trip you up," explained Mann. "We want to help in every way we can and our ‘Eat Well' campaign will help people lead a healthier lifestyle at work and at home."
