Netherlands-based Limburg Patisserie, which claims to be Europe's leading supplier of frozen, pre-portioned Continental pâtisserie (mostly to European and US food service and airline clients) has set up a UK office in Gloucestershire to exploit the growing UK market for Continental pâtisserie. The group offers 170 different savoury and sweet pâtisserie lines - including desserts (such as the pictured Forest Fruit flan), gratins, quiches, pizzas and party bites - that are available in 20 sizes of rounds and eight different cuts. The portfolio incorporates a range of extended shelf-life products that keep for 14 days at ambient temperatures and a line-up of meal components that can be completed by the clients, such as potato and rice boats ready for filling.
