The sustainable catering consultancy: Provision of catering services

As part of a multi-million pound international engineering, construction and services group, my client provides quality integrated FM services to customers within the public and private business sector. With over 10,000 employees, they have been structured to provide the very best FM solutions. As part of this on-going commitment they would like to invite food and service management providers (both regional and national) to express their interest in becoming preferred partners.

The objective of the process is to identify those providers who are in the strongest position to deliver excellent foodservice. Companies will be customer-centric, quality driven and focussed on delivering sustainable foodservice.

Interested parties will be required to complete an evidence based questionnaire to ascertain financial viability, technical capability, experience, standards in safety, health, environment and quality, people management and innovation.

Questionnaires are available from Peter Sulston :

(tel) 01954 200 668
(email)peter@thesustainablecateringconsultancy.co.uk

Deadline to apply for questionnaire: 15th September 2008
Deadline to return questionnaire: 6th October 2008

Short listed providers will be invited to meet Board Members and Senior Management. This has been scheduled for 28th, 29th or 30th October 2008.
