The Caterer has launched the Foodservice Forum, its first conference dedicated to the contract catering industry.

This special event, supported by Cartwheel Recruitment and Green & Fortune, is dedicated to the first class movers and shakers of the UK foodservice industry.

It will offer inspiration and insight from thought leaders and trailblazers from the world of hospitality and beyond, when it takes place on 2 October at Kings Place, London.

As consumer tastes continue to evolve at pace, leading food trend expert Charles Banks, from The Food People, will paint a picture of what will be hot in 2015 in foodservice, the cuisines that will have the biggest influence and the trend-setting ingredients.
