Supplier News: Pritchitts launches Viva flavoured milk

Pritchitts has launched Viva Flavoured Milk, natural milk available in chocolate, strawberry and banana varieties in 200ml cartons.

Simon Muschamp, head of marketing, Pritchitts, said: "Containing semi-skimmed milk and only 4% added sugar, our flavoured milks are healthy, nutritious and a great alternative to carbonated drinks, making them ideal for today's busy, health conscious consumers wanting a convenient yet nutritious drink."

Viva Flavoured Milk complies with the new standards for schools, offering children a healthy yet delicious drink for break times.

What's more, Pritchitts has proactively removed the pink food colouring cochineal from its strawberry variety, which is often used to give products a strawberry coloured appearance and which has recently been banned by many local authorities.

Viva Flavoured Milk is an ambient product and has a long shelf life of six months, eliminating the need for chilled storage. It also contains no artificial colours, sweeteners or preservatives.

Viva Flavoured Milk is ideal in a whole range of outlets including vending, schools, garage forecourts, travel, leisure outlets and theme parks.

Pritchitts Viva Flavoured Milk comes in packs of 27 x 200ml Tetra Paks with a straw and is available through major wholesalers.

Pritchitts is a Lakeland Dairies company.
