Spanish cleaners by Roll Drap
Restaurateurs will be able to use the same cotton cleaning cloths and napkins as celebrated Spanish restaurant El Bulli now the Barcelona-based manufacturer, Roll Drap, has launched a UK office. The 100% pure cotton cloths have a weave that is both hard-wearing yet gentle and does not fluff or drop lint. Other advantages, the company says, include high-absorbency, a stain-resistant finish, and a "seamless" construction that prevents bacteria and dirt building up in hems and seams. The cloths, which come in tear-off rolls, are colour-coded for different preparation areas and can be personalised. The line-up includes single-use cocktail napkins in rolls of 50 or 150 (20p each at wholesale prices), cleaning cloths at £8.67 for a roll of 10 and wine-bucket protectors at £11.20 for a roll of six.
