Sodexo names new HR director for UK and Ireland business

Sodexo has appointed Angela Williams as HR director for its UK and Ireland and business.

She joins with a wealth of previous experience including HR director roles as British Gas/Centrica, Land Securities Group and Electronic Arts, where she was responsible for HR across 16 countries.

Williams (pictured) has also worked internationally with the Walt Disney Company, B.H. Blackwell Ltd and Exxon Mobil.

Commenting on the new appointment Debbie White, Sodexo chief executive, said: "Angela comes with great experience from a number of roles that will make her a fantastic asset to Sodexo."

Williams added: "I look forward to being a part of the Sodexo's on-going development, working as part of the global HR leadership team delivering excellence for our customers and providing an engaging and motivating workplace for our employees."

She will take up her new position next month.
