Signature Restaurants, BaxterStorey and Pret A Manger all placed in the latest Sunday Times Profit Track 100 report

Signature Restaurants, sandwich shop operator Pret A Manger and contract caterer BaxterStorey, are the UK's fastest growing private catering companies, according to the Sunday Times Profit Track 100.

The group, which was acquired by property entrepreneur Richard Caring last year, has boosted its profits from £508,000 in 2001-2002 to £4.7m in 2004-2005.

Pret A Manager](http://www.caterersearch.com/Companies/33910/PrÁƒÂªt+Áƒ +Manger.htm) was 21st in the table and contract caterer BaxterStorey appeared at 62.

The two companies enjoyed annual profit growth of 89% and 66% respectively.
