Roux Scholarship finalists unveiled

Three past finalists are among the six young chefs who will line-up to do battle for the 2007 Roux Scholarship title.

The three - Lisa Allen from Northcote Manor in Langho, Lancashire; Armand Sablon from Galvin at Windows and Henry Vigar from La Noisette (both in London) - won through semi-finals held last week in Birmingham and London.

Joining them in the competition's grand final will be Christopher Golding from Nobu Berkeley, Andrew Wilson from the Capital hotel (both London) and Matthew Wilkinson from Rudding Park hotel in Harrogate, North Yorkshire.

The final will be held at London's Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park hotel in April.
