Pickled Walnut named preferred caterer at Combermere Abbey

Wirral-based caterer Pickled Walnut has been named one of two preferred caterers at Combermere Abbey in Cheshire.

Jamie Anderson, brand director for Pickled Walnut, said the caterer plans to work with the team at Combermere Abbey to enhance the guests' experience.

Sarah Callander Beckett, owner of the abbey commented: "As our venue becomes more established for weddings and other events, we felt it was time to offer even more variety to our clients."

Pickled Walnut caters at 21 venues in the North West, including Liverpool Town Hall; St George's Hall, Liverpool; Hoghton Tower, Blackpool and Manchester Cathedral. Most recently it was awarded a £1.2m contract at Liverpool landmark the Florence Institute, known locally as ‘The Florrie'.
