Party Ingredients secures £1.5m contract with Salters' Hall
Peter Gladwin's Party Ingredients Catering Services has secured a five year deal with Salters' Hall on London Wall Place, London, making them the sole caterer at the newly refurbished event hall.
Party Ingredients has taken on a full venue management and catering contract.
The Grade II listed hall is made up of three rooms, the main hall, court room and dining room.
The main hall has a standing capacity of 300 and is used to host luncheons, dinners, banquets, seminars, wedding receptions as well as conferences, lectures and musical events.
The court room is smaller, with the capability to hold 80 standing and 60 seated. It's often used for receptions, banquets, conferences, meetings and presentations.
The dining room can accommodate up to 20 people at one long boardroom table.
Party Ingredients creates modern, seasonal dishes. The sample spring menu includes: fillet of Cornish sea bass with rock samphire and fine herb glaze; goat's cheese parcels, rock samphire and saffron crème fraiche; rose roasted fillet of Hereford beef with tempura courgette flowers, sauce Choron and wild garlic roasted new potatoes; sour lemon sherbet; almond and lemon tart and Sicilian lemon posset.
Vicky O'Hare, managing director at Party Ingredients said: "Salters' Hall is not an average livery hall. The grandeur of a Great 12 livery with state of the art facilities is a true marriage of ancient and modern. We aim to create a distinctive dining experience within the City."
