Bev Puxley, late master at the Worshipful Company of Cooks, received the Lifetime Achievement Award for his contribution to catering education in the UK, while Willie McCurrach, City of Glasgow College, received the National Chairman's Award for his work in Scottish catering education.
The prize-giving ceremony was held on 13 March in Nottingham.

National chair of PACE, Geoff Booth, congratulated all of this year's winners and praised the quality of hospitality training and education in the UK. He said: "The PACE Awards have revealed numerous examples of creativity and ingenuity that help prepare students for the demands of a career in the hospitality industry. It is also great to see educators and employers working closely together to achieve their common goals."
With over 1,200 members across 400 organisations, PACE champions issues and organisations involved in the hospitality, catering, education and training sectors.
