Over to you

Are you worried agency staff could pose a security threat to your business?
The IDs of all agency staff are checked against a list at the porter's lodge. It's not really a problem for us because we've mostly been using the same staff and agencies for years. It's up to the agencies to vet the staff properly but if I did have a concern about a new member of staff I'd double check with them.
Michael Redmond, assistant manager, the Reform Club, London
Security is a growing concern with all the things going on in the world. We tend to use regular staff and have worked with the same agencies for years; it's a relationship that's built on trust. They have their own vetting procedures but for new staff we also run our own checks.
Nick Lawson, assistant manager, the Radisson Edwardian, Heathrow
In this day and age we look at everything. We have quite specific procedures in place to guarantee security, and all the suppliers we use are checked out and have to enter into an agreement with us, which sets out what we expect from them. Security is always important, but we have a strong security team and processes.
Jill Miller, human resources director, London Hilton on Park Lane hotel
