New Evolution combi-steamers from Fagor

Top-of-the-range HEP (electric) and HGP (gas) models in Fagor's new Evolution combi-steamer series feature automatic draining and refilling of the steam generator every 24 hours. Also automatic, a decalcification system deals with scaling of interior components.
Continuous maintenance of the oven cavity is further aided by an automatic cool-down system and a self-cleaning system with a choice of four programmes. Ovens are available in six, 10, 20 and 40 gastronorm capacities. UK list prices for basic models start from £5,000 (electric) and £8,000 (gas). A computerised HACCP system is optionally available.
