National Restaurateur's Dinner to be held at the Dorchester hotel

Tickets are now available for the 27th National Restaurateurs' Dinner at the Dorchester hotel, London.

To be held on Tuesday 8 April, the event is the joint initiative of the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts, the Academy of Food & Wine Service and the Restaurant Association to raise funds for education and training programmes operated by each association.

Over the years, funds from the dinner have been invested in the Annual Awards of Excellence, RACA Apprenticeships, Master of Culinary Arts, Sommelier of the Year, Restaurant Manager of the Year, Young Chef Young Waiter and the Big Hospitality Conversation.

This year's event, hosted by Henry Brosi, executive chef at the Dorchester, Martyn Nail, executive chef at Claridge's, will lead the chefs' team, which will include winners of the Master of Culinary Arts 2013: William Curley of chocolatier William Curley; Steve Love, chef proprietor, Loves restaurant; Jeff Galvin, chef patron, Galvin Restaurants; and Jeremy Ford, chef director, Restaurant Associates.

Tickets for the dinner cost £160 plus VAT per head and include a Champagne Moutard reception and a four course meal, with wines matched to each course by the Academy of Food & Wine Service. Discounts are available when booking entire tables.
