Monica Galetti, Mark Sargeant and John Campbell to cook in aid of Hospitality Action

Monica Galetti, Mark Sargeant and John Campbell will be creating a one-off dinner to raise funds for Hospitality Action early next year.

The event will take place on 25 February at Brasserie Joël in Park Plaza Westminster Bridge.

MasterChef: The Professionals judge Galetti will cook the starter, while Sargeant, former head chef at Gordon Ramsay's restaurant in Claridge's, will be in charge of the main course.

Campbell, of the Michelin-starred Woodspeen, will prepare the dessert and executive chef of Brasserie Joël, Walter Ishizuka, will provide the evening's canapés. Each of the chefs will oversee the menu preparation on the night.

Sargeant added: "The hospitality industry has been kind to Monica, John and I but there are many others who have not been so fortunate. I have high hopes that the evening will raise lots of funds for their good work enabling them to help even more people in crisis through no fault of their own."

The dinner will be sponsored by BaxterStorey.

Tickets cost £135 per person or £1,300 for a table of 10. To book, contact Giuliana Vittiglio at fundraising@hospitalityaction.org.uk, call 020 3004 5504, or visit www.hospitalityaction.org.uk/events.
