Michel Roux Jnr has joined Compass Group fine-dining division Restaurant Associates (RA) as a consultant.
The chef patron of the two Michelin-starred Le Gavroche restaurant in London will team up with his father Albert Roux, co-founder of the same restaurant, who has worked as a consultant at RA for 20 years.
Roux, who will help develop new menus and food concepts, said: "I am extremely excited to be working alongside my father. I see it as my role to provide additional inspiration for Restaurant Associates' fine team of chefs."
Philip Nash, managing director of RA, said: "There is no greater incentive than striving for perfection when you are working alongside a Michelin starred chef."
