Would you sign up to a voluntary menu labelling scheme? Should operators be tasked with taking responsibility for the health of the nation?

According to a recent study, consumers are looking to restaurants, pubs, cafes and caterers to provide more information on the food they are eating when out of the home and with obesity rates in the UK still on the up Government health secretary Andrew Lansley is expected to call on operators to sign up to a voluntary food labelling scheme.
