Master Innholders enrols new general managers

Five new general managers are to join the prestigious Master Innholders association this year, Caterersearch can reveal.

Jane Renton, general manager at the Jumeirah Lowndes hotel in London; Tom Lewis, general manager at le Manoir aux Quat' Saisons in Oxfordshire; Debbie Taylor, general manager at The Balmoral hotel in Edinburgh; John Stauss, general manager at the Four Seasons in London and Stuart Bowery, general manager of County Hall in London were all nominated for the invitation-only positions this year.

In another move, Master Innholders's new vice-chairman, has been named as Andrew McKenzie, managing director of the Peter Michael Collection, which includes the Vineyard at Stockcross and Donnington Valley hotel and spa.

He takes over from Amanda Scott, who moved to Hong Kong recently to become general manager of the Mandarin Oriental's Excelsior hotel there.
