Lindley Group rebranded as Centerplate UK following its acquisition earlier this year

The Lindley Group has been rebranded as the Centerplate UK division of the US foodservice firm Centerplate, following its acquisition earlier this year.

The change comes eight months after Centreplate bought the UK company in April this year, and marks part of the plans to integrate both businesses across the USA and UK, as well as strengthen its offer.

The new company will serve an estimated 115 million people.

President of Centerplate's UK division Adam Elliott said: "Since becoming a Centerplate hospitality partner, the growth of the business has accelerated [and we have been] able to draw on Centerplate's wealth of experience as North America's leading event hospitality partner."

He said that this experience had helped secure the recent seven year catering and hospitality deal with ACC Liverpool.
