King Prawns with Thai dipping sauce to be served with The Beer To Dine For – by Greene King
Ingredients
Thai Dipping sauce 2 tbsp Thai fish sauce
2 tbsp water
3 thinly sliced red birds eye chillies
Prawns 4 raw king prawns
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1 lime - juice only
Method
To make the sticky prawns: Place the soy sauce, sesame oil and lime juice into a bowl and mix together
Add the prawns and allow to marinate for a few minutes
Heat a chargrill pan until hot
Grill the prawns for 2-3 minutes or until cooked through
To make the dipping sauce: Simply blend all the ingredients together
