Incentive FM wins contract at Manchester's Hexagon Tower

Facilities management firm Incentive FM has won a full services contract at Hexagon Tower, Manchester.

The three-year deal, worth around £750,000 a year, will see Incentive manage all catering services at the site's all-day restaurant facility, serving a range of sandwiches, drinks, breakfast baps and full three-course meals.

Incentive will also provide cleaning, reception, mail and reprographic services, as well as grounds maintenance, parking and all health and safety management.

The contract was previously held by SOG (Serviced Office Accommodation), and 25 staff will transfer to the new operator under TUPE.

Martin Reed, director at Incentive FM, said: "The combination of our knowledge of the specialist cleaning methods and products required by the sector and our ability to self-deliver all aspects of the contract means that our solution is both cost effective and innovative."
