Inc Group to open Madison cafe bar at One New Change

The Inc Group has announced plans to open a new site on the roof terrace of One New Change, overlooking St Paul's Cathedral.

The Madison café, bar and restaurant is currently under construction and will offer a breakfast, lunch, dinner and bar service when it opens to the public at the end of May.

The Inc Group, formerly known as Greenwich Inc, is the brainchild of US entrepreneur Frank Dowling.

It currently operates a number of venues in Greenwich, including its first, the Bar du Musée, as well as three outlets in the O2 Arena.

In 2008 it bought pool lounge and bar chain The Elbow Room with sites in Islington, Shoreditch, Bristol and Leeds.
